Padstow is a leading holiday resort and ancient fishing port on the North Coast of Cornwall and lies 14 kilometres North East of Newquay. Padstow can be accessed via the Camel Trail, which is a passageway of disused railway track that is favoured by cyclists and off road walkers. The Camel Trail extends for 27 km from Padstow to Bodmin through the town of Wadebridge.

The town is largely unspoilt, with a pretty harbour, great to watch the everyday life & see the fishing boats return with their daily catch. There are ample shopping facilities, a cinema, cafes and restaurants, for the Foodies the famous "Seafood Restaurant" run by Rick Stein.
