Port Haverigg Marina Village is a unique holiday park. On the beautiful Cumbrian coastline close to the western Lake District Port Haverigg has it's own 200 acre fresh water lake and wake boarding park to try your hand at a whole range of water sports and outdoor pursuits. Within 5 minutes of the park is the UK's Third Best Hidden Beach (The Mirror) with miles of sand dunes, breath taking coastline and wide open sandy beaches.
The park has a wide range of 2 and 3 bedroom holiday homes the majority of which have views of the water and some with their own hot tubs. The exclusive waterside lodges even have private moorings because it isn't a real Lake District holiday unless you can take your boat out on the water.

Port Haverigg Marina Village is a 40 minute drive from the M6. From the Kendall exit and follow signs for the A590 to Millom.

What a gem Port Haverigg Marina Village is! It not only sits in a gorgeous location on the Cumbrian coast but has a private 200 acre lake with beach and with no speed restrictions it's the only lake in the Lake District available to water sport enthusiasts. That's a big tick in our book as is the majority of lodges having water views, as are the hot tubs, as is being minutes away from the UK's 3rd Best Hidden Beach (The Mirror) as is being only 35 minutes from Coniston Water. If you thought you knew all about Lake District holidays, it might be time to think again.
